John Cotterill has a vast library of existing house designs from traditional 4 and 5 bedroom rural homes through to modern urban living houses. These plans can be bought for as little as £250 with the offer of adapting the designs to suit your requirements.

Should you require further help with site plans, design and access statements and submission of Planning and Building Regulation documents then I will also be pleased to help for a small additional fee.
